Draw Rules

1. General

a. These Draw Rules (the "Draw Rules") are provided to you to explain the rules of entry and participation in any and all of the draws which Lead Studioz, Ltd (Company Number 16140771, having its registered address at Office No. 21, 9.17 Capital Tower, 91 Waterloo Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 8RT. (hereinafter, the "Promoter", "Us", "Our" or "We") will list on its website at: response-nation.co.uk (the "Website") from time to time.

b. In the event of any conflict between the Draw Rules and any other content posted on the Website from time to time and/or provided to you, including with respect to any specific Draw or in general, the Draw Rules shall govern.

c. The Draw Rules incorporate by reference also the Terms of Use for our Website (at: https://response-nation.co.uk/terms) and our Privacy Policy (at: https://response-nation.co.uk/privacy) and by accepting the Draw Rules you also agree to be bound by the above. Any breach of any of the above agreements shall constitute also a breach of the Draw Rules.

d. We reserve our right to amend the Draw Rules from time to time at our sole discretion. The latest version of the Draw Rules will be posted on the Website, and you are expected to review the Draw Rules from time to time and especially prior to entering any draws ("Draws") in order to make sure that you are familiar with the most updated version.

e. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend any Draws where it becomes necessary to do so for circumstances out of our control or in any other circumstances subject to applicable laws.

f. Please note that the Draws are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third party whatsoever, including without limitations, by any of our prize sponsors.

2. Publications

a. You agree that we may use your name, image and address to announce the winner of any Draws. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by us from time to time.

b. If you are a winner and you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify us prior to the final date for participation for any Draw (the "Closing Date") via email at: support@response-nation.co.uk. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the Draw, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority if this is our obligation to do so.

3. Eligibility to Enter a Draw

a. The Draws are open to all residents in the UK and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over who are located in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland at the time of their participation, except for: (i) all employees of the Promoter or any of its affiliates who have been employed with the Promoter or with any of its affiliates during the preceding 12 months from the start date of the applicable Draw, (ii) agents or suppliers of the Promoter, including any prize sponsors, who are professionally connected with the Draw or its administration, and who have been engaged with the Promoter during the preceding 12 months from the start date of the applicable Draw, or (iii) members of the immediate families of either (a) and (b) above.

b. By entering the Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to claim any prize you may win in such Draw, including that you are above 18 years of age.

c. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Draw and to claim the relevant prize by asking you to provide more information or documents (including without limitations, a government issued identification documents with a picture). If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the Draw at the Promoter's sole discretion.

d. The Promoter will not accept Draw entries which are: (i) automatically generated by a computer or through any other means, or (ii) false or incomplete.

e. In addition, if you engage in any form of fraud, any illegal or objectionable activity, any breach of the Draw Rules, the Terms or our Privacy Policy or any other activity or behavior which, at the Promoter's sole discretion, might cause disturbance or interruption or damage to the Promoter, the Website, the Draw or any other users, then, at the Promoter's sole discretion, all of your entries will be deemed void. In addition, the Promoter may, at its discretion, refuse to allow you to enter any future Draw and/or to use any other services on the Website. Furthermore, the Promoter may also exclude participants from participating in its sole discretion in advance, especially if there is a risk of a breach of the Draw Rules, the Terms or our Privacy Policy or any other activity or behavior described above.

4. Entering a Draw

f. Participation takes place through corresponding online registration and completion of a survey. In the process, consent to receive advertising can also be granted for the benefit of the Promoter and the prize draw sponsors. Details are as shown in the specific consent to receive advertising. In the event of an online registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the address provided by the participant. A confirmation link is included in this e-mail. Participation is not complete unless and until the participant clicks on this confirmation link, thereby concluding the double opt-in process.

g. By giving your consent, you agree to receive advertising for the benefit of the Promoter and its prize Draw sponsors. Your consent is obtained in exchange for entering the Draw, including and in particular, by enabling email and telephone advertising.

h. Online participation is possible by granting consent to receive advertising and completing a survey or without granting such consent and without completing the survey. Those who do not wish to grant their consent to receive advertising or to complete a survey can also participate via a "Free Entry" (see below).

i. Participation is not dependent in any way on the purchase of goods, use of paid services, and/or payment of connection charges and/or user fees for the Promoter, its prize sponsors, or other companies involved with the prize draw. Completing a survey or taking part in displayed offers has no influence on the chances of winning.

j. If, in the case of an online registration, a participant has granted his/her consent to receive advertising which is a requirement for online participation and subsequently revokes such consent (or changes its preferences for the type of advertising it is consenting to receive), the participants' chances of winning remain unchanged. This means, revoking of consent does not affect the eligibility of participation.

k. All participations must be completed as required from time to time by the Promoters and all information must be accurate and updated. We will not be liable for entries which are not completed, lost or delayed regardless of the reason for the above.

5. Free Entry

i. You may use the "free entry" option to enter any Draw by sending your free entry by pre-paid first or second-class post to the Promoter at the following address: Office No. 21, 9.17 Capital Tower, 91 Waterloo Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 8RT. Please note that hand delivered entries will not be accepted to the Draw.

l. You should also include with your entry the following information: (i) the details of the Draw you wish to enter (such as name, number, etc.), (ii) your full name (as shown in your passport or other identifying governmental issued document), (iii) your date of birth, and (iv) your address and contact details, including mobile phone and a valid email address.

m. You may make multiple free entries for any Draw up to any maximum number of entries set by the Promoter. Please note, however, that each free entry must be submitted and posted to us separately. Multiple entries in one envelope or on one postcard will not be accepted as multiple entries and may be counted as one single entry or rejected and disqualified altogether at our sole discretion.

n. All entries must be received by us prior to the Closing Date for the applicable Draws. Free entries which will not be received within 48 hours of the Closing Date will not be entered into the selected Draw. Please note that proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the Draw and will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

6. Winners

o. All eligible users who are in compliance with the Draw Rules will be placed into the Draw and a participant will be chosen by random draw to be eligible to receive the applicable prize for such Draw. The random draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, unless other set forth in the Website for such Draw, within 2 days of the Closing Date (hereinafter, the "Draw Date").

p. The Promoter will notify the participant if they won by an email sent to the contact email address that the participant provided with its entry. The email will be sent automatically as soon as the participant is identified as a prize winner. Unsuccessful participants will not be notified by the Promoter.

q. We will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award has taken place. We will publish the applicable names of the winners on the Website and send such information to the participants.

r. All winnings and draws are final and cannot be appealed. Please note that no correspondence or discussion will be entered into with participants who wish to appeal or inquire regarding the results of any Draw.

s. In the event that a winner of a prize in a Draw cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed the applicable prize within fourteen (14) days of the Draw Date, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize or, at our discretion, to offer the applicable prize to the next eligible participant.

7. Claiming Prizes

t. If you are the winner of a Draw, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the prize and transfer ownership of the prize to you.

u. As a winner in a Draw, you must claim your prize personally. Prizes are not transferable. We will not allow a third party acting on your behalf to collect the prize even if such a third party presents to us proof of such representation.

v. You are responsible to any and all taxes and/or other mandatory fees which may be associated with any prizes.

w. If your personal details, including contact information, changes at any time you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible via email at: support@response-nation.co.uk and include all relevant details of the Draws you entered, your old details and your new details. If your details change within ten (10) days of the Closing Date, we will use your old details if we need to try to contact you.

8. Prizes

x. The prize allocated for each Draw is described on the Website, however we shall not be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the details of the prizes which are provided to our knowledge only and without liability whatsoever. In addition, we do not recommend or endorse any of the prizes offered on the Website or provide any representations with respect to any products or services offered from time to time and/or their use, their value, condition or any other aspect. All prizes are subject to availability at the time at which such prizes are to be given to the winners. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

y. The description on the Website will provide all details of the prize, provided that we will be liable to any mistakes, inaccuracies, changes or unavailability of the prize. Please note that the prizes, as well as any other aspect of the Draws, are also governed by our Terms of Use, including without limitations, with respect to limitations of liability and indemnification provisions set forth therein.
